Hi! I'm Riley Guenther, the girl behind the lens and I would LOVE to capture your love story! I am a quirky, spontaneous, adventurous gal born & raised in Buffalo NY (Go Bills!) and a professional photographer since 2015 but have loved it for as long as I can remember. Surrounded by a family of artists growing up, I was introduced to film cameras at a very young age, I can remember being 7 or 8 developing photos with my dad in our "DIY darkroom" and loving every second of it. And the journey continued from there. I haven't always been just behind the lens... I modeled for many years, doing commercial work, beauty, and fashion! So, it's safe to say I have a lot of knowledge on posing, direction and helping you look your best without feeling silly or awkward.
I strive for my images to be a unique blend of art and photojournalism. I want my photos to be modern but timeless; and above all, capture all emotion. Honestly, I thrive on the excitement, raw emotion and pure enjoyment of any time I am able to pick up my camera and shoot. I am always looking for that warm, dreamy golden hour light.
I love to prompt my couples with lots of movement; kissing, dancing, running into the sunset. Some would say I am full of energy, and I love to bring that energy to a wedding or any photoshoot. To sum my photography style -modern and naturally warm images with emotion and character. It's how we create hundreds of captured moments and unforgettable memories.
